Beechmont Racquet & Fitness offers a variety of fitness classes. Our classes include beginner, intermediate and advanced exercises for people of all ages and levels. We continue to stay abreast of the latest trends and technology and incorporate them into our classes.
We have early morning, mid-morning, and evening classes.
Our staff encourages everyone to try different classes because cross-training is the best, most efficient and safest way to train. Any instructor will be happy to help you set up a workout schedule or answer any questions.
All instructors at Beechmont are ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified. Safety is our first concern, and all classes are thoroughly researched before introduction to the club. The staff stays updated through continuing education and participants can feel confident they are getting an effective class and the latest information.
Last, but not least, we have FUN working out! Come and join us, get fit, meet new people, and feel good!
