One of the most intense workouts we offer are our Boot Camps. Boot Camps involve running, push-ups, wall sits, leg lifts, and whatever other intense calorie burning exercises pop into the instructor's mind. However, there is no better way to burn calories and you're sure to be sore for a couple days to follow.
We do also have a ROOKIE BOOT CAMP for beginners on Fridays at 10:30AM.
The cost is $8.00 per individual session, or if you really want to commit to
getting in shape, you can pay for 10 sessions for $80.00.
