Boxing 2 Git Fit

Boxing 2 Git Fit has taken Beechmont Racquet & Fitness by storm! You get all the high intensity training of getting ready for that championship bout without ever getting hit or having to hit someone. You can burn up to 900 calories in one class!

The "Git Fit" name is taken from Brian and Beth Simpson's local cable fitness television show.

Boxing 2 Git Fit is for men and women and consists of a circuit training system where you rotate through numerous "stations" throughout the one hour class. It's a great exercise for your core and no prior boxing experience is necessary. All equipment is provided, so just show up ready to burn some calories.

 

Class Times are:

 

Saturday (morning) - 10:45 am        $12 per class

Brian also runs GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS at 5:10PM and 7:30PM on Tuesdays & Thursdays (on Tuesday boxing class is incorporated into the workout).  These are $20 per class and they consist of boxing, weights, and other cardio.  You must schedule an appointment for these group training sessions.
